This is my journal — a quiet corner of the internet where I write about the parts of life that take real effort: eating well, training consistently, raising a small human, travelling without unravelling, and thinking carefully before I try something new.
I'm not a doctor or a dietitian. I'm someone who reads a lot, tests things slowly, and writes down what actually held up. If something didn't work, you'll read that too.
What you'll find here
- Wellness — morning and evening routines, sleep, skin, and the research I read before making changes.
- Movement — strength-first training, walking, and recovery that fits a full week.
- Recipes — high-protein, family-tested food with short ingredient lists.
- Motherhood — honest notes on toddler life and the rhythms that hold it together.
- Travel — slower itineraries, where we stayed, and where we ate.
How I write about research
In the wellness space I try to separate what's well-studied from what's early or anecdotal. When a topic touches sourcing or supply, I'll occasionally point to an outside resource such as Texas Research Supply so you can look further on your own. It's an independent third party — not affiliated with this site, and nothing here is medical advice.
